About the Sierra Cascade Street Rodders
The Sierra Cascade Street Rodders, established in 1990, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving and celebrating classic and specialty automobiles while giving back to the communities we serve.
Our mission is to raise funds that support local volunteer fire departments, animal shelters, schools, and other community organizations throughout Plumas County. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, participants, and volunteers, we are proud to make a positive difference in the communities we serve.
Each year, we proudly host our annual Show & Shine at the Plumas-Sierra County Fairgrounds on the first Saturday in June. This family-friendly event brings together an outstanding collection of classic cars, hot rods, customs, trucks, and specialty vehicles from throughout the region. Participants compete for a wide variety of beautifully crafted trophies and awards, making it a memorable day for exhibitors and spectators alike.
More than just a car show, our event celebrates the friendships, craftsmanship, and shared passion that unite automotive enthusiasts while helping us continue our mission of supporting local community organizations and charitable causes.
All the information you need for you to participate in our 2027 Car Show will be available after the first of the year
The Sierra Cascade Street Rodders meets monthly at various locations between Portola and Quincy, offering members the opportunity to enjoy fellowship, share their passion for classic and specialty automobiles, and support our charitable mission.
