2023 Car Show

Hi Hot Rodders,

The Sierra Cascade Street Rodders are hosting our 33^nd Annual Show & Shine at the fairgrounds in Quincy, CA on Saturday, June 3,2023.  We are inviting you to join us for another great day in Plumas County!  The show flyer is attached along with the show registration form.  Please feel free to make copies and pass them along to any other car enthusiasts.  They are also available on our website (bottom of page).  We appreciate your help in promoting our event.  This show is our only fundraiser and all proceeds are donated to our local fire departments, animal rescues, food banks and high schools.

The Calpine Elks Lodge will provide a pancake breakfast from 7:30 to 10:30AM; $10/person.  They will also provide lunch along with We Cook For You and Rick’s Shaved Ice will be there with their refreshing ice coolers.

Show registration begins at 8AM.  It helps us a great deal if you register early; you save $10 and we are able to expedite registration and accommodate you with the correct size show t-shirt.  Upon receiving your registration you will receive a WINDOW ID CARD via mail or email.  If you receive it via email, please print it out and bring it with you.  This acts as your receipt as well as entry in to the gate.  All those who do not pre-register will have to stop at front gate to fill out the form and pay before entering the fairgrounds.  If you choose to register at the show, T-shirt sizes are limited so correct sizes are not guaranteed.  Registration is $35 prior to May 1, $45 after that date and at the show.  One shirt is included with registration.  Please include $25 for each additional shirt up to size XL. Shirts 2X and above are $30.  Be sure to include shirt sizes and add the amount to your registration check.  Your shirt/s along with a dash plaque can be picked up at the show with a proof of registration that you’ll receive by mail.  Award presentations begin at 2PM.

We also encourage new club membership.  Membership is only $20/year; any year/model car is eligible.  We are a great group of local as well as out of the area car enthusiasts.  We have fun as a group participating in local events, parades, car shows and Rod Runs.  We have a club sponsored breakfast after the car show and a Christmas dinner party for club members in December.  Members are not required to attend monthly meetings but you may assist with the annual show in any capacity you choose.  Our all-volunteer participation has made the show a great success for over 30 years!  Please consider membership and/or participation in our club/show so we can continue serving our community.
